BTG Advisory has been instructed to advise on the sale of the Intellectual Property of an 
established medical research platform.

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to acquire the Intellectual Property of an established Medical Research platform ready for 
  scaling and growth
• Been in existence for over five years and at an advanced stage of development
• Developed to date:
  • Integrated Healthcare Research Platform dedicated to patients with cancers
  • Digital diary system (App based) developed alongside disease advocacy partners
  • Collecting information outside of the routine “doctor consultation” including:
  • Patient Reported Outcome Measures (“PROMs”)
  • Patient experience
  • Indirect costs

Performance and achievements to date

• Previous track record of sales with over £700k of sales made in 2021/24 to Pharma clients
• 360 patient registrations with an average of 7 months data input to date
• 30 hospitals with research agreements
• Two main advocacy partners (Mesothelioma UK, Lung Cancer Nursing UK)
• Published NHS Information Governance

Developed technology including

• Azure (NHS Bluprints) platform and SQL server
• Dynamic (JSON) configurable APP collecting patient data at home
• Disease digital diary for Apple, Android and PC / Browser
• Secure and penetration tested

Expressions of Interest
Interested parties will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before further information is provided. Expressions of interest are required by Monday 24th November 2025, with completion targeted for Thursday 4th December 2025.
