BTG Advisory has been instructed to advise on the sale of the brand owner of a number of craft juice and juice based drinks.

Project Mauve provides the opportunity to acquire the owner of a number of innovative soft drink brands.
This Company is a pioneer in the development of craft juice and juice drinks, with several of the brands being low / no added sugar formulations.
These brands include craft juices, low- and no- added sugar juice based soft drinks and a range of premium mixers.
Several of the brands are widely known and respected in both on-trade and retail / wholesale channels in the UK, whilst others are in the earlier marketing stages.
Historically, turnover of £1.4m has been achieved.
In addition, the Company has significant trading tax losses to be utilised.
