Angela O'Brien

Angela works in the corporate finance team based in our Manchester office and deals with deal origination and M&A research, along with administration for client transactions alongside the corporate finance Director. 

She has worked in corporate finance for over 30 years, running the M&A database and dealing with disposal and fund raising transactions. Angela’s role includes identifying suitable purchasers for businesses, dealing with NDA’s, preparing and circulating Information Memorandums and dealing with queries.

She also carries out research on the acquisition side of transactions, identifying suitable targets and carrying out financial analysis.
