Pre-lend review to support business refinance

BTG Advisory was instructed by the bank to conduct a pre-lend review for a business looking to refinance an existing loan and repay a CBILS loan.

Our team of specialists conducted a review of the business, including their terms, customers, supply chain, contracts management, contracts monitoring systems and key management. BTG Advisory produced a report on the current trading and balance sheet position as well as management strategy and forecast for the next 12 months.

As a result of the review, BTG Advisory provided a positive recommendation to the bank in relation to a commercial mortgage plus a recovery loan.
