Assisting social housing provider review turnaround options

BTG Advisory are engaged by a social housing provider for vulnerable adults.  The association had faced a number of external challenges including Brexit, covid-19, inflation and limited increases in housing benefit and our team was engaged to assist the organisation review its available options.  

This encompasses assisting the client undertake a detailed review of its operating model including revenue growth opportunities and areas for cost reduction, with a view to returning the organisation to generating a cash surplus on a sustainable basis.  

We will also provide assistance in negotiations with stakeholders and creditors to help improve the balance sheet position of the organisation and maintain their support in the turnaround.
