Options review to support turnaround for retailer

BTG Advisory has advised this multi-site online and bricks and mortar retailer over a number of years, including a review of the business plan and advice on profit-enhancing measures and closure of non-performing sites. 

Following the pandemic, our team were engaged to undertake an options review and determine if additional funding was required to turn the business around. 

The existing shareholders were unable to provide additional funding, therefore, our team ran a sales process which resulted in the sale of the business to a major national competitor.
