Due diligence to support a buy-and-build strategy

BTG Advisory was engaged to provide acquisition due diligence for a portfolio company pursuing a buy-and-build strategy.  

Our team undertook accelerated due diligence on a number of potential targets and facilitated two acquisitions together with an improvement in the acquisition terms based on elements of the diligence findings.  

We also helped the client develop and improve their integrated financial model to help better understand and assess the financial performance of the combined businesses on a consolidated basis.
