Matrimonial Dispute Regarding Undervaluation of Private Company Shares

Old divorce, new settlement

Husband consistently refused to acknowledge any liability or to make any offers, and the claim proceeded to a final hearing. A substantial settlement offer was made and accepted mid-proceedings.
