The BTG Advisory forensics services team provide skilled and experienced arbitration and expert determination services in the binding resolution of commercial disputes.

Typical appointments are in relation to M&A (company/business sale), shareholder, partnership, joint venture and other complex business disputes. 
Our experience includes the following issues:

• Allocation of turnover, costs or profits in connection with a joint venture agreement
• Consideration payable subject to the complex provisions of a contract to supply products and/or services
• Deferred consideration payable pursuant to a share purchase agreement (SPA) (purchase price adjustment)
• Compensation payable for loss of profits and other financial losses
• Profit share and final capital account balances in a partnership
• Completion accounts subject to an SPA
• Value of the shareholding of a group of shareholders following a ‘parting of the ways’

We accept appointments directly from the parties in dispute or from appointing authorities including the ICAEW, CIArb and LCIA.
