Tom Hollins

Tom is as an Assistant Manager in the Advisory team. A Chartered Accountant, he joined the firm in 2023 after qualifying at EY and specialises in M&A transactions, restructuring and turnaround.

Prior to joining BTG Advisory, Tom worked at EY within the Real Estate Audit team, gaining exposure to a variety of Real Estate clients (Private Equity, Pan-European and Listed).

His practical experience includes good-book M&A transactions, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), Accelerated Mergers and Acquisitions (AMAs), options analysis and contingency planning on behalf of lenders and key stakeholders. His work covers a broad range of sectors including leisure, engineering, retail and real assets.
