David is a Director in the Advisory team based in Sheffield. He joined the firm in January 2023 and his key responsibilities are to focus on the areas of debt advisory and business development. 

David worked in banking and finance for over 30 years across four different banks. He has previously been successful in a variety of roles, including as a relationship director, and in business development and leadership roles both regionally and nationally. 

He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of commercial finance across a broad range of sectors. David decided to take a different career path and moved from banking using his knowledge and skill from a different perspective, to help and support clients with their funding and to help funders with their clients. 

Recent successes include specialist funding to assist with tax planning, working capital for start-up/scale-ups and property funding for owner-occupiers and investors alike.
