Lender appointed Independent Business Review

BTG Advisory was instructed by the bank to conduct a full independent business review of a long-established and highly reputable manufacturer, wholesaler and designer of bespoke boots and formal shoes for men and women.

The review included understanding the business, its terms, customers and supply chain as well as reviewing their contract management, contracts monitoring systems and key management.

The business was found to be historically profitable and BTG Advisory’s findings were positive, recommending in favour of the bank extending/increasing the existing £1.1m overdraft.
