Kyle Woobey

Kyle Woobey is a Senior Executive in the Advisory team based in our London Office. A certified financial modelling and valuation analyst currently completing his ACA studies, he joined the firm in 2023. Kyle also holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Durham University. 

His practical experience includes independent business reviews (IBRs), accelerated mergers and acquisitions (AMAs) and financial modelling engagements. His work covers a range of sectors, recently including retail, legal and leisure.

Kyle also has experience in financial due diligence and debt/equity raising assignments.
Notable recent assignments that Kyle undertook was supporting the development of restructuring options for an international steel manufacturing group largely active in the U.K and APAC regions. In addition to a delivering a financial-due diligence assignment in the retail sector, supporting private equity funds in their debt and equity investments totalling c£25m+.
