James Khan

James is a Trainee Administrator who recently joined the Advisory team, based in our London office. He is currently undergoing an industrial work placement year with the firm as part of his Accounting and Finance degree course at the University of Reading.

In his brief spell at the firm, James has had major involvement in preparing independent business reviews (IBRs), while also providing support on other assignments such as accelerated mergers and acquisitions (AMAs). This work has included the reviewing of historical and current financial information and cash flow forecasts, as well as producing detailed reports on company backgrounds.

A notable recent assignment that James undertook was the preparation of a cash flow review report to support a company operating in the construction industry. This saw James actively driving the project forward, producing high-level financial reviews and in-depth company analysis for the report.
