Ben Fallon

Ben is a Senior Manager in the Advisory team based in our Leeds office. He joined the firm in in 2012 and is a chartered accountant who has worked on a number of advisory assignments. 

Ben has the skill set to assess challenged businesses, undertake advisory focused restructuring assignments including independent business reviews, financial due diligence, pre-lend reviews, cash flow reviews and options analysis. He has worked across a broad range of sectors from construction, football clubs, care homes, IT and agriculture.

A notable advisory assignment that Ben has been involved with is a financial due diligence report to support an MBO for a specialist contractor firm who supply and install steel frame systems. In addition, Ben has also been involved with the preparation of an options report, including solvency analysis, strategic advice, charity Trustee management, financial statement model preparation and cash flow monitoring for a group of charitable care homes with historic CQC issues.
