Adam is a Manager in the Advisory team based in our London office. A Chartered Accountant, he joined the firm in 2013 after completing an economics degree and specialises in restructuring and turnaround.
His practical experience includes Independent Business Reviews (IBRs), Accelerated Mergers and Acquisitions (AMAs), cash flow reviews, options analysis and contingency planning on behalf of lenders and key stakeholders. His work covers a broad range of sectors including construction, care, leisure, retail and hotels.
Adam also has experience across a number of corporate finance activities, including financial and commercial due diligence, debt/equity raising and business sale assignments.
